1. Introduction

1.1 Legal Agreement

  1. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between GoLocal.deals LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and you (“Board Owner”, “you”).
  2. Board8.app (the “Service”) is owned and operated by GoLocal.deals LLC.
  3. By accessing or using the Board8 application or related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 Publishing Content

  1. Your content must comply with all applicable laws.
  2. We may remove content at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
  3. We may monitor or review board content and remove expired content without notice.
  4. You accept our Disclaimer of Warranties in Section 7.

1.3 Privacy

  1. We value your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy.

2. Your Obligations

2.1 Representations & Warranties

  1. You are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter this agreement.
  2. You are not subject to U.S. embargo restrictions or listed on restricted party lists.
  3. You have rights and permissions for all content you upload.

2.2 Affirmative Obligations

  1. Comply with all applicable laws and terms of use.
  2. Be solely responsible for your content.
  3. Grant us a worldwide license to display and promote your content as needed.

2.3 Prohibited Conduct

  1. Do not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the app.
  2. Do not post unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
  3. Do not use automated bots or scrapers.
  4. Do not bypass or tamper with security features.
  5. Do not use the app for spam, fraud, or abusive activity.

3. Content & Ownership

3.1 Your Intellectual Property

  1. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a transferable, sublicensable license to operate the app and display your content.
  2. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the app, subject to compliance.
  3. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content.

3.2 Feedback

  1. Any feedback or suggestions you provide belong exclusively to us.

4. Pricing, Charges & Refunds (If Applicable)

  1. We may adjust pricing without notice for In-app purchases. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
  2. Payments for in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s App Store policies and review process.
  3. Chargebacks for authorized payments are a breach of these Terms and may result in removal of your boards and liability.

5. Loss of Data

We are not liable for loss of data, content, or capacity, regardless of cause.

6. Misconduct & Copyrights

  1. You may encounter offensive or unlawful third-party content. We are not liable for it.
  2. We comply with DMCA requirements for infringement claims.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any specific time or location.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your content or breach of these Terms.

10. General

  1. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
  2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  3. We may update Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
  4. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement.
